Return Policy Overview:

Return Authorization (RA) Information:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns require approval. Certain non-returnable items include iPods, software, hard drives, and accessories. Contact us with any inquiries.
  • RA number required for all exchanges and returns, requested within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
  • Return package must be received within 30 business days of RA issue date.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in original packaging with accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.
  • A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies for items that are open. Customer responsible for shipping and handling charges. Factory-sealed items are not subject to re-stock fee within 30 days.

Software Products:

Software cannot be returned.

Open Box Items:

Not eligible for return unless specified otherwise.

Defective Products:

  • Refer to manufacturer's warranty agreement after the 7th day of receiving equipment.
  • Defective products exchanged only; no refunds. Serial numbers and defects verified prior to replacement shipment.
  • Minimum 1-hour labor cost at $75.00/hr for non-defective items. Cost to replace missing or abused items.

Special Orders:

Non-returnable or cancellable once placed and prepaid. 20% special order cancellation fee applies if canceled prior to delivery.

Claims:

Contact customer service immediately for assistance with damaged products.

How to Request an RMA Number:

  • Contact customer service at 469-574-0240 or generate an electronic request in your account between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, CST. Requests processed next business day.

After RMA Issuance:

  • Print RMA number from website and attach to package beside return address.
  • Return package with copy of invoice to provided address.

RMA For Credit:

Refunds issued after verification of received items, checked and approved, less applicable fees.

RMA-Defective For Replacement:

Replacement item shipped upon receipt, check, and approval, depending on availability.

Defective For Replacement:

Within first week, defective products exchanged at no additional cost. After one-week grace period, assistance provided or directed to manufacturer.
