SIIG HDMI Extender over Cat5e/Cat6 with IR and Loopout – 164ft (50m) extends HDMI audio and video signals over one cost-effective CAT5e/6 cable while maintaining signal strength and superior quality. Much more consistent and reliable than using a long HDMI cable. It supports up to 1080p resolution and extends transmission distances up to 164ft (50m).

Lossless Transmission

This HDMI balun model extends HDMI audio/video signal to a distant video display and is as fluent as a direct connection. Generally, HDMI cables lose quality after the first 15 feet, but our product will maintain the expected picture for up to 164 feet! Added capability of HDMI loop out on transmitter acts as a splitter.

Simple Installation and Operation

• Easy plug-and-play installation is as straightforward as connecting video cables and turning on the extender.

How It Works : 

1 - Connect your HDMI source device to the Transmitter with an HDMI cable

2 - Run a CATx Ethernet cable from the transmitter to the receiver units included in the kit

3 - Connect your HDTV, monitor, or projector at a remote location to the receiver unit with another HDMI cable

4 - Connect the included power adapters to a power outlet (recommend surge protected) to both the receiver and transmitter

5 - DONE!

HDMI Loop-Out and IR Remote Control Extension

• The transmitter is equipped with an HDMI out port for connection to a local display for monitoring and cascading HDMI signal being passed to a distant area.
• Provides convenience of knowing what is showing on the display that is connected to the receiver side in a separate room.
• IR Remote allows the user to control the source from the remote display side for added convenience.
